This site is dedicated to the memory of Wanda Greene.

Wanda's professional and public service has made a lasting impact on the state of North Carolina. She is much loved by her colleagues here at the Office of Rural Health and Community Care where she has worked since 1995. Over the past seventeen years she has successfully recruited hundreds of providers to rural and underserved areas. Her work brought primary and preventive health care to countless residents. The Office staff has created this tribute to acknowledge and share Wanda’s professional contribution to our state.
